01

How do I become a patient?

Call, text, or e-mail us to get scheduled and for new patient paperwork. The process is streamlined if you complete the questions on the "New Patients" tab above. As we do our best to fit patients with the appropriate provider and visit type, based on their health concerns.

Can I be seen today?

What are your hours of operation?

We do not accept insurance. We are, however, happy to provide you with a superbill for the office visit, to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We can submit lab work through insurance, though we do not guarantee insurance coverage of comprehensive lab testing. We can order imaging and refer through your insurance.
