Kari is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Her nursing background includes the neonatal intensive care unit, mother-baby unit and she was on the NICU surgery team. She was also a leader in the NICU parent support group. She has Bachelor’s degrees from Drury University and Southwest Baptist University, a Master's degree from Cox College, a post-master’s certificate from Herzing University as well as her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Her practice background is in women’s health and bioidentical hormones, adult primary care, and pediatrics. She loves blending functional and western medicine together and providing her patients with many options for treatment. She enjoys traveling with her family, learning about functional medicine therapies, and baking.
