Keitha is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 27 years of healthcare experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science Nursing in 1994 and Certificate Registered Nurse Practitioner in 1995. She worked for years as a registered nurse in home health and various hospital settings. In 2014, Keitha completed the Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner program and graduated with honors from Arkansas State University. Since furthering her education she has worked in Rural Family Medicine and Immediate Care. Keitha is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. She enjoys educating patients providing them the tool to meet their healthcare goals.
